Comments: The Multiple View Series references the personal space perspective of the one-eyed woman ten years later; whereby the viewer sees the female from inside the body form, as if looking through the woman's eyes. The viewer, the object viewed and the artist who created the image become one Seer. I am referencing this early series by reprinting one of the plates within the print, (top right hand corner).
In this context, the viewer is directly linked to the "creator", both divine and ordinary. That is why I represented myself as I would appear in the studio while actively creating artworks - hairy legs and all.
This pursuit or them later gave way to the creating even larger works, and towards learning more about eastern philosophy and meditation, to access that creator which is beyond form, just pure knowingness, which is actually what I was intuitively trying to express in this piece above.
